What you'll get:

• Your own “as-is” Third Party Payer addendum in word format for use;

This Third Party Payer Addendum is to be used where a party other than the Couple makes payment, either partly or wholly, of the money that is owed to you for the Goods and Services. The Third Party Payer Addendum ensures:

• The Payer acknowledge they have read the original Agreement between you and the Couple;
• The Payer agrees to those terms as well as those in the Addendum;
• That by making payment for the Goods and Services, it doesn’t confer the right to make decisions for the Couple;
• That if the Payer fails to make any scheduled Fee payment under the Agreement when due, the Agreement between you and the Couple can be terminated.

 If this Addendum isn’t executed, and someone other than the Couple makes payment of the fees due for the Goods and Services, it may put in jeopardy the validity of the Agreement between you and the Couple, and it may make it difficult to terminate the Agreement for reasons of non-payment.
